"They gave me an offer, they place me in a 3 way call with their representative, the bank represent"
The offer me a price for my Suv. We do a 3 way call with my bank loan representative, Vroom Representative and my self. They agree I go to my bank and pay the diference I owed. They make me notarized my signature. Then 2 days later they say that I still owed money, that price may change. I cancel them. Because offer was expired. They wanted my time 5 days. Do not do business with them.

"What a joke of a car company"
Found a vehicle, filled out their great financing sheet they tout. Errored out after completion. Called the sales office and the dude tells me that I have to have 30k down for a 50k vehicle. WTF… if I had that available to put down don't you think that I would just pay cash through someone. What a joke this company is. Use Carvana! Tons more cars and realistic financing options. Vroom would be around long!

"Everything went well"
Everything went well! I got my new car with no issues anywhere in the process. I don't know why here so many people are complaining. It seems like they are trolls from other dealers.

"Do your research. Stay away from this company."
If you’re thinking about buying a vehicle from this dealership, just know this. In 2021 they sold the kid in New Jersey a vehicle that they did not own and actually belonged to somebody else. They didn’t tell him why they would not send him the title or a license plate, and he just had to keep begging them and not getting a response. Eventually, his car got impounded because it wasn’t registered. It’s been sitting in an impound lot for two years collecting fees. Luckily, this kid got an attorney and is suing the crap out of this company. I am just now coming to terms with the fact that I was stolen from and lied to. I’ve written to the CEO of the company and the only people that you will get to talk to are the customer service agents who don’t know what day of the week it is much less what’s going on with your vehicle. And unless you look up the CEOs phone number and email address on the Internet(it is there) customer service will tell you that they do not have a CEO. But tbh, I wouldn’t waste your time. Ceo doesn’t give a crap either. Before I wrap this up a couple more things to consider in 2021 alone, the Better Business Bureau received over 6000 complaints all similar in nature and the attorney general in the state that this so-called company operates in sued them. I’ve never felt so stupid in my entire life for being so deceived and robbed from by a reputable company. I don’t care if you have to pay $2000 more to your local dealership it is not worth saving a little bit of money to use them because you will never get your vehicle. You will never get your refund. You will never get an answer. Shop elsewhere. You’ll thank me later.

"Dishonest thieves"
Yeah, please do yourself a favor and buy a car elsewhere. If you do have to buy a car from them, do not under any circumstances send them any money. You will never get your car. You will never get your refund. Don't believe me do a Google search how many articles have been written about people who were lied to, and deceived. I attached pictures below, proving that they took the money out of my account and never sent me a vehicle because they had sold it to somebody else after we signed a contract. Smh you just can't make this stuff up.

"Long story short- I purchased a car…"
Long story short- I purchased a car from them and nobody called while I was waiting for delivery to inform me that they sold my car to someone else. Now everyone from customer service to the ceo is ignoring me and apparently doesn’t believe I’m owed an explanation or refund. Filing theft charges today and calling BBB and state’s attorney office. aDO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!

"DONT BUY FROM THEM"
Sales guy was awesome. Customer service and delivery are the worse ever if it wasn’t for the no refundable 2k I put down I would be cancelling today.

"Don't work with this nightmare dealership."
Vroom seems like a good company to buy a car from as they have competitive pricing with other dealers; they have a large inventory and can offer vehicles for a seemingly good rate. That's what drew me in to getting my Outback from them. I love the car, however it was sold to me with a tire that had significantly differently worn tread than the rest of the tires. On an AWD vehicle this is totally unacceptable and can literally ruin the vehicle if driven for too long that way. I had to spend over 900 dollars on getting the tires replaced (and one of them patched right when I got it since it was flat when I received the car). I got approval from them to go ahead and get the tires fixed after getting a quote because they promised to reimburse me. Then after the fact when I inquired about it, they said they'd only be willing to pay for the tire patchup and 150 on each of the new tires which came to a little over 600. I found it kind of silly that they wouldn't cover the whole cost since they claimed the cars they deliver are fully inspected and ready to go, but I was at least happy that they would at least agree to cover some of it. That was towards the end of January. I've since called about 5 times trying to see what's causing all the delays on my check because it still hasn't arrived. First they said it would be 5-7 days til I receive it in the mail. I called a couple weeks after that because life was busy and I realized I hadn't gotten reimbursed yet. They said that the issue would be escalated to another supervisor to get the check sent out as soon as possible. They told me the processing could take up to another 3 business days/there was no tracking number for the check/they had to send a request to a different department to get an update. I've called 2 more times since then after waiting the allotted periods of time to hear something along the same lines. I've been reading about the company and it sounds like they're destined for bankruptcy, so I'm just frustrated and worried that I'm not going to get the money back that I was promised. The entire experience has been infuriating and I seriously hope that no one puts themselves in the same boat as me. I've even tried calling the extension of the sales rep who sold me the car, Samer Chaer. It seems his extension no longer exists. I feel quite helpless in this whole situation.

I've tried leaving a review on their website but at least from the mobile version it doesn't seem that there is any way to do that. In addition to that, they only allow visitors to see the 2 star and up reviews. I think that's pretty shady as well. I wish I would've avoided vroom altogether when buying my car.

“I personally believe they got so many bad reviews because they did a bad job running things with their customer service during COVID. I just bought a car here and it was a great experience. I started buying on 9/29 and it was delivered 10/11. It is exactly like the pictures & I am happy. I would say give it a try. They do have a return period if you don't like the car.”
